（3）教育業績（自己申告、テキストの作成など、授業の工夫など）

 1年生の必修の講義では、ほぼ毎回、その講義で行った内容に関するレポート課題を出し、次回までに解答を提出させ、その次の週までに採点、コメントを入れて返却した。レポートを採点して理解が不十分と思われるところを次回の講義で詳しく説明するなど、基本的な事項の理解の抜けを防ぐように工夫した。
